Legal Stuff

By knowingly participating in or submitting any pictures, video, audio, text or content to NY Sceneyou certify that:

I (the person knowingly participating in or submitting any pictures, video, audio, text or content to NY Scenereferred to hereafter as the Performer) hereby grant NY Scene(the Producer) the right to record my voice and likeness for use in any production by the Producer.

I hereby grant the Producer, the Producer's heirs, legal representatives and assigns, those for whom the Producer is acting, and those acting with the Producer's authority and permission, the absolute right and permission to use, re-use, exhibit, publish, and re-publish images and/or voice of the Performer or in which the Performer may be included, in whole or in part, or composite, without restriction as to changes or alterations, in electronic format known or unknown, in conjunction with my own or a fictitious name, or reproductions thereof for any purpose, including illustration, promotion, art, advertising. I also consent to the use of any printed or illustrative matter used in conjunction therewith.

I hereby waive any rights that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless the Producer, the Producer's heirs, legal representatives and assigns, and all persons acting under the Producer's permission or authority or those for whom he/she is acting, from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illUsion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of any said recording or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including but without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

I hereby warrant that I am of legal age and have the right to contract in my own name and that this agreement does not conflict with any existing contracts or agreements to which I have entered. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, prior to its execution, and I am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

The above affirmations are binding unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Performer and the Producer
